The property is 1,500sqft, offering plenty of space and room for larger groups to either have their own place to retreat or come together to socialise in the large open plan living area.
A well-equipped stylish new kitchen is the heart of the home, with a huge kitchen island around which guests can share a meal and a glass of wine in stylish surroundings.
The property is also walking distance to St Stephen's, Hull's main shopping centre, and close to a variety of pubs, cafes, restaurants and attractions.

There is an integral garage which is accessed via an internal door leading into the utility room. The garage has space for one car.

The Old Coach House is in the heart of Hull, just a three minute walk from Hull New Theatre. It is a Grade II Listed building steeped in history, being a former coach house, hence the name. dating back to the 1800s, it has now been given a new lease of life as 'loft-style' living split ver two floors. The upper floor has open plan kitchen and living room in a space which is captivating and has buckets of appeal. From the exposed brick walls to the timber rafter and roof trusses, to the inglenook fireplace, this room is the heart of the home and an amazing space to relax or socialise.
The property is home to three large bedrooms - a double with an en-suite shower room and two twins. There is a large and airy main bathroom, an also a useful utility room and integral garage for easy and secure parking for one car.
For convenience, style, and comfort - this property is very hard to beat!
