What does this mean?

The property is a beautiful garden flat with its own entrance and private fenced garden. The guests also have use of the larger garden if they want to relax on a nice sunny day. It has all the amenities you could need for a short or long stay. It has one bedroom with a super kingsize bed (this can be split into 2 singles if required).
A fully fitted kitchen and a large lounge/ dining room with a table and four chairs and a settee that can convert to a bed for guests.
This leads onto the private garden through the patio doors and the larger garden beyond.
Although near to town it is extremely peaceful and quiet.

Guest Parking

There is free road parking all around and usually you can get a spot right outside.

The Area and Transport

We are located in the Upperton area of Eastbourne near Old Town. The flat is a 10 minute walk away from the town centre and the railway station with an additional 5 minutes to any of the theatres. There is a bus stop very close and all buses go to and from town.
The area we are in has 5 pubs and three resteraunts all within a 5 minute walk.

This space is not shared with anyone else.

The apartment is set behing our house with its own entrance. It is a completely self contained flat with 1 bedroom , a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a large living area with dining facilities.
There is also a private garden for your use only.
The only shared area is the path leading to the door as this also leads to our garden.

Had a lovely stay at the hidden gem whilst in Eastbourne. My dog honey boo boo was accommodated also!
It’s around s 20 minute walk from the congress but a short drive. Cosy and private with lovely hosts :)
