What does this mean?

A beautiful house in a quiet village, that feels like home. The hosts is kind, friendly and helpful and enjoys supporting the local theatre, by making sure her guests have a lovely time. The rooms are clean, fresh and tidy and the guests have access to the other areas of the house to watch TV, relax and unwind. There is a family bathroom which guests share or might have to themselves and this is cleaned every day.

Guest Parking

There is a private driveway for parking and a garage to leave motorbikes or bicycles.

The Area and Transport

Room available in a pretty house in the village of Nyetimber. Buses run every 15 minutes into Chichester and then it's a short walk to the theatre or easy to drive.

The house is beautiful clean and tidy with a very pretty garden and the village has the benefit of 4 pubs within walking distance, a beach and lovely walks across the nature reserve.

The house is quiet and relaxing with plenty nearby to keep you busy on days off or just chilling in the peace and quiet.

There are two rooms available at the house and often an additional room if friends and family want to travel to performances.

Home away from home!
Lindsey was a gracious and caring host. I instantly felt at home and comfortable, her house is immaculate and she even put up the Christmas tree up early for me, as I won't be home for the holidays.
She offered to drop me to the theatre and pick me up which was amazing. Finishing late after each show I was welcomed with open arms and a lovely home cooked meal. Lindsey also gave some amazing reccomendation of where to go, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was great
