What does this mean?

Double bed in a decent size room with sole use of bathroom next door. Blackout blinds and curtains in the room make for a good sleep. Full use of kitchen and access to a pretty courtyard garden. Welcome in all parts of the accommodation with hosts.Theatres minutes away.

The Area and Transport

We are very central to everything in the town centre. The train station is a walkable 20 minutes and we can arrange parking if you let us know in advance. All three theatres are within easy walking distance- one we can see from our front room window!

This is a lovely garden flat, beautifully decorated & furnished & just a few minutes walk to the Devonshire Park Theatre.
Carmen & Andrew are very friendly & kind & Tilly (their dog) is very sweet & affectionate.
I hope to be back here soon!

Had a lovely week with Carmen, Andrew and their gorgeous dog Tilly. A pretty room, a comfy bed, very good shower and full use of facilities. Friendly and interesting hosts and as a special treat, Carmen leaves out things for toast in the morning. Would recommend.

A really splendid stay in The Garden Room with Carmen and Andrew. Very comfortable, immaculate and 5 minutes at most from Devonshire Park Theatre.

Wouldn't hesitate to stay again and definitely recommend.

Carmen & Andrew were lovely hosts! A very comfortable stay with the bonus of a private bathroom and the Devonshire Park Theatre is a stone's throw away. Highly recommend.

Lovely welcoming couple and Tilly the dog! Comfy bed and the private bathroom is a great. Black out blinds too which were much appreciated! Couldn't have been closer to the Theatre. They left toast out in the morning too which was very nice!
