Living with Host

What does this mean?

I have a large and bright double room with private bathroom (on the same floor). A single room in the attic - accessed by steep stairs - also available.

There is garden access, full use of all kitchen facilities / WiFi / washing machine etc.

I will do all I able to provide you with a ‘home from home’.

Please note that I have a beautiful rescue cat, Shadow, who would love to welcome you, too!

Guest Parking

There is plenty of free parking available on the road outside The Dovecote. I also have a large double garage (half of which is storing friends and family ‘stuff’ but there is still room for a large car!).

The Area and Transport

The Dovecote is set back from the main road, with a bus stop 50 yards away directly into Northampton town centre!

There is also a Post Office, corner shop, pub, barbers and hairdressers some 50 yards in the other direction, and both a Lidl and Co-op within a 10 minute walk.

If you want to be at one with nature, Harlestone Firs (0.5 miles away) is the most beautiful woodland in which to walk / meditate / be at peace.

This space is shared with 1 Host and 2 other paying Guests.

I have both a large, bright double room (on the first floor) and a single room in the attic which is accessed by a steep staircase.

All other areas of the house (excluding a downstairs shower room and toilet) are available for use as required; please note that Shadow, a beautiful rescue cat also lives here!

Excluded Facilities

As described above, the downstairs shower room and toilet are not available for guest use.
