One bedroom self contained flat. Kitchenette, living area, own entrance, double bed, TV, shower room, washing machine and drying area adjoining. WiFi, all linens (fresh provided two weekly). Parking spot immediately outside flat. Use of courtyard. Lovely.

Free parking on site for one car. We’re on a single track lane so no on street parking at all.
The Area and Transport
This is a self contained one bedroom flat on a farm 12 miles from Leicester Curve, Theatre Royal Nottingham, just off A46 towards Newark. A car is essential as there is no public transport. Village is 1.5miles away, nearest shop 5 miles. Very rural. The journey in to Nottingham or Leicester is very direct and easy. This is a quiet, cute and cosy flat with everything you need for your stay. We ask that on your first night you arrive before 7pm, after that you come and go as you please. What3words is the best way of finding us as postcode is inaccurate, this and detailed directions will be sent before you arrive. Non smoking, no pets, no children, no extra guests.
