What does this mean?

Compact & Modern Studio Apartment - ideal for solo or couples.
The Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen for your own personal use, a comfortable double settee, iron & ironing board, fan & hairdryer. Bed linen provided.

All Apartments have electric meters - these accept £1 coins (approx. average usage is £2.00 per day)
Towel Bales can be hired at £5.00 per bale (advance notice to be given)

PLEASE NOTE: A 'non-refundable/transferable' 50% Deposit of the balance will be required upon booking by Baxter Holiday Apartments (you will be contacted for your Debit/Credit card details when you book). A refundable security deposit of £95 will be taken as a pre-authorised payment on the day of arrival - this will be released back into your bank account 7 days after departure.

Reserved/paid parking available - reservation requests to be made at the time of booking.

Yet another fabulous stay at The Baxter.
It's so close to the theatres and is clean and quiet. Communication is great and it's fairly good value considering it's a little single apartment. Do remember to bring £1 coins with you for the electric meter. I was conscious of plug sockets and switches and spent £14 on it for the week shower each night, cooking, charging, TV etc... this is my 3rd stay and I will definitely be back. Thanks again Natasha & Jay x

These are great self contained digs. 8 min walk to the theatre. Everything you need is here and it’s really cosy. It is slightly pricey but everything in Blackpool is! I loved my stay! Parking is also available for a small fee. Jay and Tash were always helpful with any questions and really lovely hosts! Thank you!
