The Annex at Carclew is a self contained studio apartment with private entrance to the side of our family home. It is approximately a 15 minute walk into Bath.

Our street has views over the historic Lyncombe valley, an area of outstanding natural beauty, dense with trees and wildlife.

We provide a large, king-size bed, a smart television with Netflix, a hanging wardrobe space, brand new fitted kitchenette with fridge, Ninja air fryer and induction hob.

Tea, coffee and hot chocolate are provided in addition to kitchen essentials for your convenience, along with kitchen essentials!

The Annex at Carclew is the closest to countryside living within walking distance to Bath city centre. We invite you to come and stay in our home and to experience the very best of Bath living :)
