Room at front of house near Front door with Desk and open floor space ideal for luggage / yoga / etc etc
Ground floor Bathroom with combined Shower / Bath.
Rear forcourt garden, not a massive area but very practicle with large Pic-nic style Table & catches the sun all day untill around 5-6PM in Summer.
Guest Parking
I can cover the cost of local parking One car in the imediate area if required, which also includes the roads around the Kings Theatre.
Its generally easy to find space and park on street outside the house during the day, becoming more difficult in the evening however alwas possible.
The Area and Transport
Moderate size Fun & Quirky Two Bedroom Terace house literally about a 4 Miniute walk to the Kings Theatre.
The Kings is in Albert road,a very vibrant spot with plenty of Bars and Pubs, Caffes, Craft Beer, Independant Shops, Restaurants & Take outs' etc right on the doorstep!
The walking route to the closest part of Southsea Beach is an easy, flat 15-20mins South, this takes you to the centural part with the Rock-Gardens and the Pier about 100 Meters East.
Walking beyond the Pier East youll find Canoe Lake and the Rose Gardens area across the road, while continuing East along the Promanade towards the "Easatney" tip of Portsmouth the Beach becomes progresivly more quiet (and less crowdeds in Summer)
While walking West on the coast (Views of Isle of wight to South) will eventualy take you directly through a noisey Fareground but on to old Portsmouth (Spice island) where the beach eventually ends at the "Hotwalls" (Legendary sun-bathing most of the year)!
