What does this mean?

We have a 3 bedroom house.
Check in time from 3pm - earlier by request
Check out time: 11am - later by request
We have a key box with code, therefore self check in is available.
Your bathroom will not be shared with your hosts as we have an en-suite. If there are 2 guests, the bathroom will be shared.
The top floor consists of the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The middle floor is an open kitchen dining and living room which would be a shared space however is large enough to not get in the way of each other whilst cooking etc. We have a balcony over looking the river on this floor. Free use of tea/coffee alongside fridge/cupboard space.
The bottom floor is the entrance hallway with a toilet and utility room.
We have a small court yard in the front but would not call it a garden although is gated and is nice to lounge out if the weather is nice.

The accommodation is less than 15 minute walk from the theatre and train station.
Bus station also less than 15 mins walk if needed.
Asda and a pure gym is within the estate.
Lidl and tesco also waking distance.

A lovely comfortable stay in a beautifuly located modern terraced house on the banks of the Yaw. Even had Parking although not always guaranteed. Lauren and George were extremely warm and welcoming into their home. Comfortable room with use of facilities. Had a really lovely stay. Thank you.

Beautiful bright and airy room, clean and modern kitchen and bathroom, Lauren and George were so helpful and friendly, they have a beautiful home and it's only a short walk along the river to the theatre. Right next to a large Asda for your shopping needs, or the town centre is a stones throw away. Would really recommend these digs when you're in Barnstaple!

I had an amazing stay here! Lauren I didn’t get the pleasure of meeting through my stay but I did speak with George for a little bit! They both have an amazing home and such a short and lovely walk to the theatre! Highly recommend for people to stay here I can’t wait to come back to Barnstable and stay here again thank you both again for being such amazing hosts!

A really wonderful place to stay. Beautifully clean modern house by the waterside. A lovely view of the water from the living room. The bedroom is complete with a super comfy bed and the bathroom has a powerful shower and lovely big bath. The facilities are great. Lauren and her partner are very friendly hosts. 5 stars from me! If I'm working in North Devon again, I'll be back! Thanks so much Lauren!

Highly convenient digs in a beautiful house! Nice easy 10 min max walk to the theatre, pubs, and exercise classes with a big Asda a stones throw away. Lauren was a friendly, welcoming host and I felt very comfortable and at home. Highly recommend!
