What does this mean?

1 x Single and 1 x Double room in a quiet street,10 mins walk from the Salisbury Playhouse. Free parking available (a rarity in Salisbury!) and a 10 min walk from Salisbury station. 15 min walk to the Market Square, around which are many eateries, wine bars, pubs, shops, market etc… about the same distance to Salisbury Cathedral Close and the museums.

We’re in an end of terrace large Victorian house. The guest bedrooms are on the first floor, along with a
large family bathroom with an additional shower room downstairs. Lovely fully equipped kitchen (go for it) inc. Nespresso machine and bread maker; utility room, dining room, lounge and lovely garden with outdoor sofa and dining area. Music room with piano is also available for use.

Contents include: me (professional musician, currently on Cabaret), my son (MMA fighter and chef) and our cat Momo (sells his soul for Dreamies). Non-smoking house.
