Sunnycroft Theatre Digs Keswick (Keswick)

Two rooms available in a beautiful Victorian town house occupied by the home owner and one friendly Labrador. Just 20 minutes’ walk to theatre or 5 minute drive. Bed linen and towels provided. Use of well-equipped kitchen with all white goods including washing machine and drying facilities. Property also contains two spacious living rooms with sofas, TV and broadband, a large dining room and a brand new garden room/ utility area. There is a lovely garden with fell views. Non-smoking. Experienced theatre host who has had excellent reviews from previous theatre guests.

Parking space by arrangement at property (please request when you book) or there is some on-street parking close by. To park at the theatre, best value is to purchase a monthly car park pass from the council. Guests are welcome to stay for a small additional fee. Minimum charge is for a week.

Room 1: Beautiful double bedroom with adjacent shower room for sole usage. Newly decorated and extended bedroom and refurbished bathroom. King bed. £135per week

Room 2: Stunning double bedroom with ensuite. Newly refurbished bedroom with fell views and own bathroom (also newly refurbished). £150 per week
