What does this mean?

Single room available in a two bedroom house, shared with owner in Cabra East, Dublin 7.

The single room is bright and pleasant, with a wardrobe, desk and chair.

The shared ground floor comprises a large open-plan area with a kitchen located a little away from the sitting room, so there's plenty of room for two people to be in the same space without feeling cramped.

Shared bathroom upstairs with an electric shower.

Cloakroom downstairs for coats.

There is free on-street parking outside.

The house is located in Cabra East, right beside the Grangegorman university campus.

It is a pleasant 40 minute walk to the city centre (through the campus and Smithfield). There are excellent public transport links close to the house including 7 different bus routes with bus stops 5 minutes walk away in various directions from the house. The Luas tram (Green Line) stop is 7 minutes walk.

The house is located 10 minutes walk south to the heart of the Stoneybatter neighbourhood and 10 minutes walk east to Phibsborough and 15 minutes walk west to the Phoenix Park.

There is an abundance of really nice bars, restaurants and things to do within walking distance of the house if you don't want to go into the city centre.

I have two cats and I love animals. I'm vegetarian.

No smoking in the house please.

Lovely and comfy place to stay would happily come back. Justine was a lovely welcoming host and didn't seem to bat an eyelid at my erratic work schedules.

This accommodation is incredible value for money. I had a 10 day stay with Justine while filming in Dublin and she is the perfect host, incredibly easy to chat to and very chill about sharing her space with you. The room was exactly as advertised and the surrounding transport links to the city centre are easy to navigate even if it's your first time in Dublin. There is also the added bonus of some lovely cats that were always up for a stroke. I shall certainly be back.
