What does this mean?

Large double loft room with ensuite in a big, airy and sun-filled flat overlooking the river in leafy Barnes, the hidden gem of SW London. Room has huge windows facing both south and north with double bed, couch and TV. Ensuite has a huge window overlooking the river, shower and bathtub.
Use of whole house.

The only other occupants are me and my very sweet, well-trained black lab called Waggo. My bedroom is on another floor.
Easy access to many local venues: Richmond Theatre, Apollo Hammersmith, Lyric Hammersmith, Shepherd’s Bush Empire, Riverside Studios, The Waterman’s Brentford etc
Good transport links to the West End by train, bus, District Line underground & London Overground.
National Rail station (Barnes Bridge) 3 minutes walk & 23 min journey to Waterloo. Bus stop is a one minute walk from the flat.
10 min drive from M4.
Barnes is a village within the city, with a vibrant high street of independent shops, galleries and cafes, the Olympic, Barnes Pond, and the OSO Arts Theatre on Barnes Green. It is friendly, artsy and peaceful. Surrounded by green space (Barnes Common, Putney Common, Richmond Park, Leg o' Mutton Nature Preserve and the Thames Path at the doorstep - literally)
My two sons are in theatre, my niece is an opera singer, and I am in film, so I'm fine with the strange hours that come with the territory.
