Parking around the property is usually very straightforward, with both paid parking nearby and several free street parking options within a short walk. While we’re unable to provide resident permits directly outside the property, most guests find parking easy and convenient.

Hall Street – Pay & display parking directly outside the property (approx. 8m away).
Kenyon Street – Free street parking just behind and parallel to Hall Street, around a 1-minute walk (75m away).
Branston Street Car Park – Nearby paid car park with camera monitoring, so please check signage and payment times carefully.
Additional Free Parking – Free spaces can often be found on Hockley Street, Pope Street, and Carver Street, all within a 6–7 minute walk.

Tucked away in a quiet private mews just off the main road, the property provides a peaceful home-from-home atmosphere despite being so close to the city centre. It also sits alongside our second theatre accommodation property, a stylish 2-bedroom home sleeping up to 5 guests - perfect for smaller groups or additional cast members travelling together.

We are a very child-friendly property and have welcomed many families over the years, with guests consistently leaving wonderful reviews about their stays. To make travelling with little ones easier, several of our beds can be separated into single beds, which works perfectly for children, and we are also happy to provide a cot free of charge. As parents who regularly travel with our own 2-year-old, we understand how important comfort, flexibility, and convenience are when staying away from home with children. We want families to feel as relaxed and supported as possible during their stay, so if there is anything we can do to help make your visit more enjoyable, please don’t hesitate to ask.
