Quietly tucked away within a secure private courtyard, it offers a peaceful home-away-from-home while remaining within easy reach of all Birmingham theatres - all within a 30-minute walk, 7-minute drive, or 14 minutes by public transport.
The apartment features two spacious ensuite king bedrooms (convertible to twins), blackout blinds, smart TVs, fast Wi-Fi, and a cosy lounge with high ceilings, cast-iron windows, and a log burner - perfect for relaxing after show days. A fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and sofa bed allow comfortable stays for up to 6 guests, with nearby parking and excellent transport links throughout the city.
Guest Parking
Parking around the property is usually very straightforward, with both paid parking nearby and several free street parking options within a short walk. While we’re unable to provide resident permits directly outside the property, most guests find parking easy and convenient.

Hall Street – Pay & display parking directly outside the property (approx. 8m away).
Kenyon Street – Free street parking just behind and parallel to Hall Street, around a 1-minute walk (75m away).
Branston Street Car Park – Nearby paid car park with camera monitoring, so please check signage and payment times carefully.
Additional Free Parking – Free spaces can often be found on Hockley Street, Pope Street, and Carver Street, all within a 6–7 minute walk.

The area is home to a great mix of bars, cafés, restaurants, and supermarkets, all within walking distance, while excellent tram, train, and bus links make getting around Birmingham simple.
Tucked away in a quiet private mews just off the main road, the property offers a peaceful home-from-home atmosphere despite being so close to the city centre. It also sits alongside our second theatre accommodation property, a spacious 3-bedroom home sleeping up to 7 guests — perfect for larger groups travelling together.

We are a very child-friendly property and have welcomed many families over the years, with guests consistently leaving wonderful reviews about their stays. To make travelling with little ones easier, several of our beds can be separated into single beds, which works perfectly for children, and we are also happy to provide a cot free of charge. As parents who regularly travel with our own 2-year-old, we understand how important comfort, flexibility, and convenience are when staying away from home with children. We want families to feel as relaxed and supported as possible during their stay, so if there is anything we can do to help make your visit more enjoyable, please don’t hesitate to ask.
