What does this mean?

Stylish double bedroom with private ensuite in a family home. Located just a 15min walk into central Worcester and Foregate Street Station, our home is opposite a park and a stone's throw from Worcester Racecourse and the River Severn.

Guests have use of a private garden and patio area along with a BBQ in the summer and full use of the modern, extended kitchen. There is a free car park a 2min walk away.
