Semi detached cottage with blackout blinds in a semi-detached 2 storey well presented stone cottage with garden access and full use of kitchen and living areas. In walking distance to all shops and bus stops in safe suburban area.'

Off road parking is available at my property.
The Area and Transport
My house is in a busy vibrant area with. Bars, restaurants and shops within three minutes walk. buses every thirty minutes into Bolton where there is also a train to Manchester
Hourly bus to Bury where there are bus links and regular trams to Manchester.

Annie's felt like an cosy sanctuary in Bolton, convenient and stress free. Annie's cottage is delightful and Annie, herself is a generous and friendly host. I found navigating her home and the spaces straightforwards - the cottage is also really close the bus stop, so using city mapper I could just step out 5-10mins before my bus is due to get to the theatre in town. Morrison's supermarket about 3 mins walk on the other side of the road - making shopping really easy. A digs highlight for sure!
