City centre is a 15 minute walk. Train / Bus stop, a few minutes walk upon stepping out the front door. Handy corner shop (SPAR) is within the apartment complex. In the stunning setting of Titanic Quarter’s harbour.
Located directly beside SSE Arena. Local theatres (Such as Lyric Theatre, Belfast & Grand Opera House, Belfast) are a short bus ride away. The Mac - 25 minute walk. The Grand Opera House - 35 minute walk.
Duplex apartment:
The ground floor is set up as a ‘studio’ layout. Small kitchen, TV, Double bed, French doors on the balcony, WI-FI access. The sofa seating as pictured in studio-living room image, folds out into the studio double bed.
Under the stairs - Toilet and sink for guest use. Toilet/Shower room is located upstairs for guest use. Guest welcome to make use of all facilities. Guests will on the most part have sole use of the apartment. Depending on my work schedule - I may be around some of the evenings (Host’s private space is on upstairs floor) but I will let guests know in advance regarding this. 1 outdoor flight of stairs to climb to reach front door entrance.
There is a security / man guard on the apartment site. No social gatherings (parties etc) permitted. The building regulations also state no noise after 10pm.

Had an absolutely lovely stay in Claire's place! Super accessible for the theatres, groceries right around the corner, and a lovely waterfront walk home. Claire was also super helpful when I was struggling to find the entrance!

Absolutely perfect digs. Lovely area, lovely walk along the water to get into town to the Opera House, would stay again in a heartbeat!

Lovely homely stay, about 30 minutes walk to the GOH. Absolutely fantastic bath!! If you’re a light sleeper a pair of earplugs might be useful as the flat is on a main road, but other than that really great. Lots of thoughtful touches and good communication too.

Great studio flat with a well equipped kitchen to cook. Quiet and private with a very good convenience store one minute away. Lovely 20min walk over river, though city centre to Grand Opera House. Stlyish bathroom that wouldn't look out of place in a swanky hotel. Great communication with host. Highly recommended.

Had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment. Location is gorgeous, next to the marina. Plenty of amenities. A lovely and easy 28-min walk to the Grand Opera House. Very good communication from Claire.

Claire’s place is beautiful, clean, and whilst it’s a 25 min walk from the Opera House, it’s a lovely walk and in a great, safe area. I loved my walks home by the river. Everything you need in the kitchen, and 20 min walk to laundrette. Will be back!

Had a great stay at Claire’s. In a lovely and safe area of Belfast and was an easy walk to GOH (30 minutes/just under) or G2 bus from Titanic. Claire had clear communication and was very welcoming. Thanks for the stay!
