Upon entry to the building you will notice a communal hallway leading which then leads you onto your apartment. The apartment has a Yale smart lock allowing for the guest to either punch in a code or use the key tag provided. There is an intercom system which allows for the guest to let people into the property without the requirement to come to the main entrance door.

Marcus has really put a lot of love and thought into this apartment! This place is by far the best digs in hull!
Clean and comfy, with everything you need. Easy to get into the theatre either by car or on the bus round the corner and parking on the road is plenty.
Marcus was friendly, helpful and easily contactable if we had any questions.

We had the most comfortable stay in Marcus’ digs. They had everything we needed and more and we can’t thank you enough for such a lovely stay in Hull :)
25 minute walk to the theatre but transport connections were super close. A 5-10 minute walk to the local Asda which was super handy and a Sainsbury’s local even closer for the little things!
We would 100% stay again, thank you for having us x
