The terraced house has just been completely renovated and is situated over two floors. The ground floor encompasses a spacious living room, kitchen, downstairs toilet, and utility. The first floor is composed of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. As part of the refurbishment, the entire house has been modernised with smart products placed all over the home.

Shared areas - Living room, downstairs WC, upstairs bathroom, front and back garden (perfect for chilling out on a sunny afternoon), and fully fitted modern kitchen.
