What does this mean?

A few mins walk from the Cliffs Pavillion with gardens and cafes nearby and close to rail stations and bus routes.

This is a bright and pleasant place to stay with a balcony overlooking gardens with basic cooking facilities and large bathroom with shower and relaxing bath.

Studio has its own entrance so you can be free to come and go as you wish and on this website we offer a significant discount to rates on other sites to support theatre guests.

Washing machine available downstairs with agreement with us. The studio has facilities to make snacks and basic meals and we provide tea, coffee and biscuits to help you settle in. There is also a fridge with freezer compartment.

We have friendly cats who may like to visit. But you do not have to let them in!

The Area and Transport

The Cliffs is a five minute walk away and the Palace Theatre about 15 mins walk away. We are 5 mins from the beach and some great cafes and restaurants.

Had a lovely stay at Jackie and Jonathan's place! Super close to the theatre and the beachfront, very well described and a really lovely bath for relaxing after a long show! I would just recommend adding to the description that the studio is up a narrow set of stairs, which can be tricky if you have a large touring bag, but apart from that I had an absolutely lovely stay! Thank you both!
