The living area again has exposed brick retaining the original mill features. Juliet balcony and large arched windows. The space has a recently refurbished kitchen with island and all modern appliances.
There is also a high quality double sofa bed including mattress and storage footstool along with a dining table and bench seating.
There is plenty of storage, including wardrobes and two storage cupboards in the hallway.
The building is very secure with fob access only and either lift or stair access to the first floor.

There is a parking space available with the apartment and also the apartment benefits from guest parking also.
The Area and Transport
Two minutes walk from Deansgate train station and tram stop, this picturesque canal side apartment gives you peace and quiet whilst still in the heart of the city. Only 5 to 10 minutes walk to the majority of performing spaces in Manchester including The Palace Theatre, The Opera House, Factory International (Aviva Studios), Home, Bridgewater Hall, and only a 20 minute tram ride to The Lowry Theatre in Salford Quays.
There is an abundance of places to eat and drink in the area, including The Wharf, Dukes 92, Albert's Shed, Layla's and the quirky Coffee and Cake Boat on the canal itself.
Across the road you will find the prestigious Deansgate Square development with its bars and restaurants including Kitten and Atomica.

I had the best stay in Manchester in Neil’s gorgeous canal-side apartment! Would 100% stay here again.. the location is amazing, and the flat is gorgeous and comfortable. And just a 10 minute walk to the opera house!
