Topsham is a picturesque and historique Exeter suburb on the river exe estuary.
It’s’ popularity is also due to the comprehensive amenities (independent shops, supermarket, restaurants, cafes and pubs) combined with excellent transport links.
Topsham is around 15 minutes drive from the M5 and has railway and bus direct links to Exeter city centre.
Topsham station is 8 minutes walk from the property and takes 15 minutes into Exeter centre or to Exmouth where there is a lovely beach.
