Living with Host

What does this mean?

Quiet and spacious double room with large wardrobe, sink, sofa, kettle and microwave oven. The adjacent bathroom is normally for your use only. You are free to make full use of living areas and the large garden. We have been hosting guests of all sorts for many years and love the experience of making you welcome while respecting your needs.

Guest Parking

Free parking outside the house is normally available and there is hard-standing for a car at the back of the house. Secure storage of bikes inside.

The Area and Transport

A quiet and leafy retreat from your busy schedule, the digs are well-served by bus and Metro to get you to theatres both in the city and the coast within between 15 to 30mins . There are bus-stops within 200m and the walk to Benton Metro is 5-7mins. We are close to local shops and a variety of restaurants/takeaways, and in your spare time (!?) the Lakeside gym and pool is good value a 1.5m jog away or the countryside is practically on the doorstep.

The Guest bedroom is private, and the guest bathroom unless there are other guests of the family in the house eg for a weekend. Other toilet/shower facilities are available if sharing is a problem. The living room and kitchen are freely available to the Guest, also the large garden.
