A spacious loft room with double bed and en-suite, tea and coffee facilities, at the top of a 3 storey semi detached town house. There is a well equipped kitchen work dish washer and washing machine. There’s also a small friendly dog!

Had a great stay with Helen. Absolutely fantastic room. Spacious, clean with a very nice en-suite bathroom. Felt very homely. Didn't see Helen much due to differing schedules but she was incredibly helpful and kind when I did. Would definitely stay again.

A lovely, clean bright room with handy ensuite and comfortable bed. I hardly crossed paths with Helen but she was very friendly (with a super cute dog) and dealt with a couple of issues quickly. It's a good 25 min walk to the theatre but close to the station and Nuffield gym

Great digs. Lovely clean & quiet loft room with good en suite. Mini fridge was handy for storing breakfast bits etc. And a kettle to brew a cuppa! Helen is lovely and all very easy. Walk is probably 20min but dead straightforward & only 5 mins walk to train station. Handy location for cinema and / or canal route (walking / running) on free days! Would happily stay again

Lovely, spacious room with an en-suite and friendly pup! The kettle in the room was a useful touch as you are at the top of the house. It’s a bit of a walk from CFT but the town is beautiful and I always felt safe walking at night.

Lovely stay here! Room was lush, felt very private. En-suite with a great shower! Little fridge and kettle in the room a bonus. Easy walk up through the town to the theatre, plenty of shops nearby. Would definitely stay again if I’m back in Chichester. Lovely to meet you briefly Helen and thanks again for having me.

Helen & her lovely dog, Angus, made me very welcome, & the attic room is very warm & well equipped. The theatre is a 20 minute walk & the station is just a 10 minute walk. I'll definitely stay here again if I return to Chichester

Helen is a genuinely nice person. I was besotted with her little puppy Angus who I miss! The loft is bigger than the photos indicate. Squeaky clean and private. Helen wasn’t stingy with the loo roll! There were lovely organic products in the ensuite, a lavazza coffee maker, and a mini fridge too!

Gorgeous digs a straightforward walk from the theatre. Amazing shower and room always warm. Loved staying here and will definitely be back!

Ideal digs, it's an easy walk to the theatre through town. At a slow pace 23 mins. Very quiet and comfortable room. Helen is lovely and due to her work hours it feels like self contained digs. Paid parking right outside property.

Top Tier place to stay! A huge room filled with everything one needs, kettle, radio, ensuite and comfy bed. Perfect location, with a 10min walk from the station, and a simple 15-20min walk to the theatre. A lovely chilled host too.

Such a wonderful stay! The room is lovely and bright -- in a nice quiet house and Helen is the loveliest of hosts. Will definitely rebook for future visits x
