The back yard is very large perfect to relax in.

The Area and Transport
30 minute walk approximately. Easy walk to city centre. Bus stop round the corner and takes 10 minutes into Belfast City Centre. They run frequently every 15 minutes. All day off peak ticket around £3.50.
Taxi takes 5/10 minutes to theatre. Costs around £6.

Please leave the house clean and tidy as I do not charge a cleaning fee unless it's left a mess. When I'm on holiday I'll ask you to leave £40 of the rental payment in cash for the cleaner. This is for a 2 hour clean so please put away any dishes, empty trash and remove sheets on the beds you have used.
No shoes upstairs
No smoking or vaping inside the house. If smoking please use the large back yard at the rear.
No extra guests to be brought to the property unless by arrangement.
Please be considerate of my neighbours, no loud noise or music after 10.30pm.
