Spacious, sunny double room in Southville (BRISTOL)

We have a large, sunny, south facing, front bedroom at the front of our Victorian house available. The room is very spacious with a king size bed, double wardrobe, tall boy, chest of drawers, dressing table, desk, laundry basket, kettle and towels. The bathroom has a shower and is shared with x2 others but we also have a downstairs toilet. You also have access to the garden and kitchen, and home cooked meals can be provided if wanted. My husband is an excellent cook and as half of us are vegetarian, and the other half are meat eaters we can accommodate both.

We are a family of 4 consisting of a couple and x2 grown up sons. Our eldest sun is taking a gap year and works behind the bar at The Tobacco Factory and our youngest son is away at Uni. We also have a friendly black cat. We are a musical family with various guitars, bass, banjo and ukulele that are played regularly. We enjoy live music, festivals and the theatre and love meeting like-minded people.

Our home is very well situated for the theatres, and is only about a 5 minute walk to the Tobacco Factory and a 15-20 minute walk to the Hippodrome or the Old Vic.
