Bright Comfortable Double Room with Private Shower Room (Southampton)

A homely, comfortable, spacious ground floor double bedroom in family home.

Your bedroom is downstairs, so very private, ideal for coming in after a late night show. There is a downstairs bathroom/shower which will be exclusively yours. The kitchen and dining room will be shared with myself and two of my children aged 18 and 20. You’re welcome to join us or do your own thing. You will have lots of space and privacy on the ground floor.

Bitterne Park is a 10/15 minute cab ride to MAST/Mayflower, the town centre and the docks if you are working on Cruises. Buses are at the end of the road, as is Bitterne Train Station; St Deny’s Train Station is a 15 minute walk.

Accessibility

The digs are on the ground floor. We have a large driveway and three accessible doors to enter the house. There is one low step to access on side door. There is a shower room downstairs with a toilet, which is completely accessible and the kitchen is also accessible.

Child Suitability

This is a lovely family home which is extremely child friendly. We have lots of space downstairs which children are welcome to use/play in. Lots of books etc and there is a large garden and outside space.

Short-Term Let Licence Letting licences are not required for digs in this area at the moment.
