What does this mean?

A spacious single room in a large family home (all children have flown the nest), except two cats (Mickey and Minnie). In walking distance to Everyman Cheltenham, Playhouse Theatre and Cheltenham Town Centre.

The room contains: single bed, wardrobe, small sofa, chest of drawers, sink, table and chairs.

Guests will have access to the kitchen and family bathroom which is shared with hosts. There is a separate toilet on the level with the room.

There is a secondary double room available upon request as well.

A lovely spacious room in a lovely house! Easy walking distance to the theatre with shops and cafes nearby. Sarah and her husband were lovely hosts and I very much enjoyed our chats!
