Luxurious accommodation, central location, with a lake by the back garden! Beautiful Birmingham residence finished to a high standard. 3 double bedrooms, 2 of which are ensuite. Accessible to the city centre, outside the clean air zone. The house offers peace, tranquility & stunning views of Edgbaston Reservoir and Nature Reserve, which it backs on to. We are on the doorstep to the city centre which can be accessed in 10 minutes on the bus from the end of the street.
I live in a separate part of the property with my 3 dogs. Guests have privacy when they are at the house, with a self contained apartment on the first and second floors of the property. There is a separate kitchen, living room and bathroom for the exclusive use of the guests. I'm available if needed, but rarely see my guests. I prefer to let people have the space without disturbance. I travel regularly, so am not always at the house.
Guests enjoy their own self contained, dedicated space, on the first and second floors within this huge house. There is a beautiful kitchen for guests to cook, or enjoy the delights of local take aways. The living room is spacious and relaxing and has stunning views of the City and Edgbaston Reservoir & Nature Reserve. The 3 double bedrooms are warm, spacious, clean and immaculately presented. 2 of these rooms have their own ensuite. The bathroom on the first floor is warm and cosy with it's own secret ingredient! The house is accessed by a secure front door into a small porch, which is used by the owner and guests. This opens onto a big airy hall way and the stairs to the first floor. My apartment on the ground floor is separate from the house and not for the use of the guests.
There are 3 lovely big double bedrooms, as 2 of them are ensuite, the guest with the non ensuite room has exclusive use of the bathroom which is on the first floor.

As well as the fully equipped kitchen for guests to use, rooms 2 & 3 also have a fridge, kettle and food station.
I have business rate Virgin Internet, so WIFI speed and accessibility is very good in the house.
The Crescent Theatre and the Rep can be accessed on foot from the house. As can the ICC and Symphony Hall. Or they are a short bus ride away.
The No 80 bus which leaves from the end of the road, will get you into town in 10 minutes, where it's a straightforward walk to the Hippodrome and Alexandra Theatres, as well as the Glee club.
The Midlands Arts Centre is also a bus ride away.
Guests can park for free on the street, there are no restrictions. At the end of Summerfield Crescent on Icknield Port Road (approx 2 minute walk) there is a bus stop into the city, with one on the other side of the road for the return journey! The bus takes approximately 10 minutes to get into the city centre. This is the No 80 & No 82. Ask for Summerfield Crescent on your return journey and you will find you are 2 minutes from the house!
Please note, whilst the guests have their own apartment to enjoy in private, I do live in the property with 3 very friendly dogs, though they do not have access to the guests, unless by special request by guests who might be missing their own pets whilst away from home. All the dogs are poodles, or a mix of poodle, so non shedding and hypoallergenic.
