At the top of a two-bedroom terraced house built in 1884, the accommodation is a spacious double room with bay window overlooking a quiet cul-de-sac.
This room has ensuite facilities including a capacious shower, which often receives compliments. The rates are for single occupancy.
There is also a small double room for single occupancy with a shared bathrooom.
The house is a short walk from the city centre (11 minutes from the Hippodrome, 15 from Bristol Old Vic). Situated on a hill - Cliftonwood area - the return journey involves a climb up quite a few steps. An excellent taxi service is the alternative. Parking on the street is subject to the local Residents Parking Zone at a small extra daily charge.
You would share the kitchen with the owner. However, I would prefer to keep my sitting room private for my own use.
Modern, with plenty of space, it is the first room on passing through the hall.
There is also a sundeck, which guests may use, affording stunning views of Bristol's Floating Harbour. Below that are steps to the garden.
