Spacious Loft Room in Family Home (Bristol)

Welcome to our family home in Bedminster, conveniently located for the Tobacco Factory and easy 25 min walking distance (and on a bus route) to Bristol Old Vic, The Hippodrome, and a number of rehearsal spaces.

We live here with our three year old daughter Juno. Bonnie works in town Mon, Tues and Thursday and Chris works in theatre as a lighting designer and relighter.

We are happy to share our living room and kitchen, and our family bathroom. A small fridge, microwave and kettle are also provided in the loft. Parking is on street but free. We have a small bike shed in our garden with back alley exit onto the street - for use by arrangement.

We don't provide breakfast or meals but are happy to eat together and for you to have occasional quiet guests by arrangement.

The loft room has a single bed as standard. It is a spacious, light and calm loft room, with a desk and some storage. Another bed is available by arrangement to make a double suitable for a couple (not space for the beds to be separated as twins though!)

We have a cat but he isn't allowed in our loft room so please keep your door shut :)
