What does this mean?

Two sunny rooms with spotless bathroom for digs only. One room has standard double bed and is spacious with smart Tv, the other has a small (4ft) double and would be more suitable for a single occupant. Breakfast consists of Cereal, Juice and toast and is on a help yourself basis.

The Area and Transport

We are a five minute walk (if you amble!) from Devonshire Park Theatre and a ten minute walk from the Congress Theatre. 10 minutes to the beach, ten minutes to Railway Station an Shopping station. Near to many restaurants and coffee shops
