What does this mean?

Double room available in a large house, that is fully furnished with wardrobe, chest of draws and bookshelf.
There is a garden, large fully fitted kitchen and living room with large TV, and a modern bathroom with a power shower. There is fast wifi.
The kitchen is shared but fully available for cooking, with fridge and cupboard space. There are 3 resident cats who have access to all areas!

The Area and Transport

Located opposite the Knavesmire, with an easy walk to the station, town and all the main theatres. There is a regular bus service on the main road going in a number of directions.
Enroute are a number of convenient shops, restaurants and take-aways. Going in the other direction is a large Tesco & Lidl.

I had a lovely time at Katrina’s place. She was very welcoming and my stay in her home was great. Katrina was also kind enough to pick me up in her car and drop me off at the beginning / end of my stay which was very helpful.

Had a nice and easy stay here for a couple of nights with my partner. We were able to check in while she and her lodger were out. The room and bathroom had everything we needed and she even left out several breads and jams for us to use for breakfast.
