2 double bedrooms with shared bathroom in semi-detached 3 story victorian house with garden access and use of kitchen, laundry and living areas. Property shared with host couple (Actor and Dr) and their dog. LGBTQI+ house.
Well equipped kitchen for cooking and meal preparation, freezer space available if useful. Both bedrooms have room for yoga practice if needed and have silent fans for the warmer months.
Self tape studio set up available to use.
Clavinova piano also available for use.
London theatres easily accessed by train journey from Hither Green train station nearby. Residential area with active community. Good access to South Circular and A2/Blackwall Tunnel/Silvertown Tunnel.
Labradoodle dog in residence who loves people.

This space is shared with 2 Hosts and 1 other paying Guest.
Bedrooms are private to guests. All other areas of house are shared which includes bathroom, front lounge, kitchen and TV room, downstairs WC/shower room.
Guests will enjoy spacious double bedrooms on the first floor with access to a shared bathroom also on the first floor across the landing. If only one bedroom is occupied, the bathroom will largely be sole use to that guest with only occasional use by hosts. Ground floor WC/shower room available in addition to the shared bathroom.
Guests also have access to the laundry facilities and access to the garden. Property is accessed via front door.
Labradoodle dog also shares communal areas!
Excluded Facilities
The ensuite and bedroom on 2nd floor are not for guest use.

We really hope you feel comfortable and at home during your stay. For the comfort of those sharing the space we ask that everyone tries to respect these requests.
We do ask that guests don't smoke or vape on the premises, that shoes are not worn through the house, that the room and bathroom are made available to the cleaner once a week on a Friday when towels and bed linen will be changed. We ask that meals aren't eaten on the sofas.
Check in and check out times are flexible, just let us know your needs and we'll try to accommodate.
Humphrey, our labradoodle, is also in residence. He's good company, but anyone who's not a dog fan or would find doggy behaviour (barking every now and then) inconvenient might want to consider other options.

Michael & Ben’s home is glorious! Nestled in the free parking quiet Victorian built Corbett estate, it’s a 16 min walk to Hither Green station, 1 stop to London Bridge. Such a comfortable room overlooking the big garden with more than ample storage. A shared bathroom next door or fabulous walk-in shower room I seemed to commandeer! M&B are perfect hosts; welcoming, kind, generous - truly lovely people. Humphrey dog is a poppet. I couldn’t recommend staying in their wonderful home more highly Xx
