What does this mean?

Welcome to my large double room with its own en-suite bathroom, 32inch Smart T.V, fridge, Microwave, toaster, tea & coffee making facilities in a 3 storey semi detached house in Winterley, Sandbach with parking. Crewe and Sandbach stations nearby with a local bus within walking distance. Easy access to the motorway, shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants.
I have a very friendly cavapoo who may want to come and say hello during your stay.

Guest Parking

Guests visiting will find convenient parking available on my drive as well as the surrounding area. Parking arrangements to be discussed so as to not conflict or hinder access to each person.

The Area and Transport

The Crewe Lyceum Theatre is 9mins drive away and there is a bus stop walking distance from my property or you can book a taxi. Crewe Train Station is 8mins away by car or the local bus.
The Regent Theatre in Stoke on Trent is 25mins away by car. Crewe station and Sandbach have a regular service into Manchester Piccadilly, convenient for Palace Theatre, Royal Exchange Theatre and The Opera House.
Junction 17 off the M6 motorway.
