What does this mean?

*We would prefer a female guest*. Large double room with stunning bathroom in a spacious three storey detached property. The house backs on to a park and the bedroom overlooks this green space. Please note we are a family of 5 with x3 children but the room is tucked away upstairs. You would have full use of the kitchen and would hopefully feel very at home with us!

The Area and Transport

We are an 8 minute walk from Dane Road and Sale Tram stop which goes straight into Manchester City Centre in around 20 minutes. In a cab its around 15/20 minutes (traffic dependant)

Had an absolutely wonderful stay with Jules and her family. Jules is a lovely and a really helpful host. The house is gorgeous and in a very nice area with an easy commute to the Lowry. Room and ensuite were spotless and a wonderful place to relax! Would 100% stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a lovely place to stay in the area! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay thanks Jules xx
