What does this mean?

Double bedroom in a cosy, welcoming Victorian terraced house in Norwich's vibrant Golden Triangle, located in a quiet cul-de-sac in a friendly neighbourhood.

10 to12 minutes walk from Theatre Royal and city centre, and just 5 minutes walk to local pubs, bakery and takeaways.

Use of kitchen, private walled garden, shared bathroom (though this shouldn't be problematic as I swim several times a week and shower at the pool). There's also a separate loo downstairs, and there’s a washing machine and tumble dryer, microwave, broadband/wireless.

I might occasionally have a dog or a cat in the house so the room isn’t suitable for those with allergies.

Guest Parking

Parking permits are needed for street parking 7 days a week. These cost 90p per 24 hours - just ask me and I'll have some ready for you.

The Area and Transport

I'm about a half-hour walk to the Railway station and less than 10 minutes from the Bus station. The Theatre Royal is around a 10 minute walk away across a pleasant park. A 10 minute walk will see you in the city centre.

You'll have your own room with bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and tea/coffee making facilities. The bathroom is shared. Kitchen and living areas are all shared and you are welcome to make use of these, as well as the garden. You'll have a shelf in the fridge and your own food cupboard.

A lovely stay! Beautiful place & a nice walk to the theatre. It was a very hot week but we managed just fine with the open windows… would recommend!
