Double bedroom in a cosy, welcoming Victorian terraced house in Norwich's vibrant Golden Triangle, located in a quiet cul-de-sac in a friendly neighbourhood.
10 to12 minutes walk from Theatre Royal and city centre, and just 5 minutes walk to local pubs, bakery and takeaways.
Use of kitchen, private walled garden, shared bathroom (though this isn't problematic as I swim several times a week and shower at the pool, and there is also a separate loo downstairs), washing machine and tumble dryer, microwave, broadband/wireless.
I'm vegetarian and would be appreciative of guests avoiding storing meat/fish in the fridge during their stay.
Room has alcove wardrobe, desk and chair, TV with remote, blackout blinds, tea and coffee making facilities.
Onstreet parking is available at a cost of 80p per 24 hours.
I have a cat and sometimes have a friendly, well-behaved visiting dog so the room isn’t suitable for those with allergies.
I'm happy to welcome couples or single guests.
No smoking please, including e-cigarettes.
Please make requests at least 24 hours before arrival, as I may need to reject the booking otherwise.
