Southside Main Door Flat - 2 Large Rooms to Rent (Glasgow)

Two spacious and comfortable double rooms with King Size beds in a stylish period tenement in the Southside of Glasgow only 2 mins from the local train station. The flat is arranged over 2 floors and has a wealth of original features including window shutters in both rooms (great for blackout) and shelved cupboards. Each room has a small 'desklet', large enough for a laptop, and a folding chair.
Use of all facilities including the lovely bright kitchen with guests seating/TV and separate laundry room with washer and dryer. The bathroom is shared between the rooms and has an electric shower over the bath. Towels and a hairdryer are provided and there is Wifi throughout the property. There is also a small private garden that guests may use. No smoking within the flat is allowed. A set of keys is provided to each guest and visitors/overnight guests can be accommodated by arrangement.
Trains run every 15 mins from Mount Florida station and the journey to Glasgow Central takes 10 mins. From here you can walk to the Tron, Theatre Royal and Kings in a matter of minutes. The train also stops at Pollockshields East which is right next to the Tramway Theatre. There is also a bus running from the bottom of the road that goes past the Citizens Theatre (currently closed for refurb) and stops at the back of the Tron. The immediate area is well served for supermarkets, takeaways and cafes You will be sharing with me (freelance arts professional) and my dog Fly - a beautiful smooth haired Lurcher who loves people.
