The room is in a traditional victorian tenement flat, with beautiful original features and all mod cons.
You'll be sharing the flat with me and in addition to your double room, you'll have access to the bathroom, kitchen and lounge.
The flat is really spacious, so there's plenty of space for people to hang out without tripping over each other.
The kitchen has a large dining table and is a great space for socialising or just cooking up a storm.
The lounge has a smashing view from enormous bay windows, and is great for kicking back in.
You'll have access to the TV and internet.
You'll be staying in a quiet suburb, in the southside of Glasgow - an area with a great arts scene and lots of local restaurants and welcoming pubs.
The flat is a 3 minute walk to the Tramway Theatre.
You'll be a 3 minute walk to the nearest train station - and 1 stop from the city; a 10 minute walk to Queens Park; a 15 minute drive to the West End and a 50 minute drive to Loch Lomond and the mighty Trossachs.
The flat is in a quiet close and so any guest would need to be respectful of my neighbours.
