Spacious double room in Duplex Apartment (Manchester)
Duplex penthouse apartment in the heart of the city centre. 5 minutes walk from Piccadilly Station and a short tram ride from Victoria Station. Tram stop opposite the complex with routes to all of Manchester and all main theatres.
Apartment complex is about 20 minutes walk to the city centre and has scenic canal routes along the way.
There is an Aldi store 5 minutes walk away and an Asda Superstore 5 minute tram ride away.
Spacious double room with use of main bathroom on lower level. Upper level has living area and kitchen where guests can make themselves at home, use facilities and cook if needs be.
There are some days I work from home so will need use of the upper level but this does not take too much time or space up and is only occasional.
The complex has a no noise policy from after 11pm.
(1) Check in is from 3pm and check out is at 12pm. (2) Any additional Guests/Visitors during your stay will be charged at the daily rate. ( 1&2- Unless other arrangements are made through Host)
