Living with Host
Spaciuos double bedroom in a semi-detached 2 storey house with use of kitchen for B&B bookings only. Living room access is given. Shared bathroom facilities with host and daughter. (We are very clean and tidy) and welcome the same.
The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, flat screen tv, desk and chair and WiFi.
Guest are welcome to use our lovely and comfortable living room and a printer is available to use if needed.
Last but not least, this area has a few small theatres, Peckham theatres is one of them and is very popular. 15mins away from the house.
Guest Parking
This is a 'Pay and Display' parking zone. Residents purchase parking permits to park, however, parking are free between the hours of 18:30 & 08:00 Mondays-Saturdays, free on Sundays all day and public bank holidays.
The Area and Transport
The home is located in a very vibrant part of Southeast London. Very diverse with lots of essential amenities. Cafés, a variety of eateries, small theatres, cinemas, local Tesco express, Sainsbury's and Morrisons supermarket.
There are great transport links to central london and other parts of the city.
Its a 5-7minutes walk to the nearest train station, (Peckham Rye), 10 minutes by bus to East Dulwich station, 15mins walk, and Denmark hill station is about 20 minutes by bus or 1 stop by train.
There are lots of pubs around and stores like Primark, Holland & Barette health food store.
Peckham Rye park is 5 minutes away, Dulwich park is 15minutes by bus or a easy walk of around 20 minutes. Both parks are usually seen with lots of joggers, or keep fit groups.
There are other smaller parks in the area for just relaxing or people gazing.
The area has two major leisure centres with the nearest a 10mins walk away.
Smaller gyms are also nearby.

Bins are provided in the shower room and toilet area.
Sanitry towels should not be flushed down the toilet but placed in bags provided then inside the bathroom bin.
