Daniel was extremely kind and welcoming, and he kindly helped me with my luggage as well. The house was spotless and very well maintained. The room was clean and comfortable, and commuting to the theatre was very convenient. Overall, I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again if I visit Leeds in the future.

Location was absolutely perfect for me, close to work but not directly in the city centre. The room is spacious with a desk as well. Daniel was super communicative and helpful. I'd happily stay here again!
