Once inside, the hallway leads to the spacious bedroom with kingsize Oak bed, hanging rail and antique dresser.
Orignal wooden shutters encase the sash window for a comfortable nights sleep.
Coming out of the bedroom past the exposed stone wall you enter the lounge / kitchen diner.
The newly fitted kitchen has washing machine, oven, hob and fridge freezer as with appliances such as kettle, toaster and coffee machine.
The lounge area has a small Chesterfield style fabric sofa and smart TV

Guest Parking

Lemon Street has restricted parking - 1 hour no return within 3 hours.
Mon - Sat 9am -5pm
Traffic wardens do operate in this area (unfortunately)
You can park on one side, then move to the opposite side for a new hour.
Best case you can park from 4pm until the following morning when restrictions have started again.

There are several car parks in easy flat walking distance
Garras wharf, Moorfield and M&S carparks off Fairmantle Street and Tabernacle Street

The Area and Transport

Lemon Street is Truro's finest Georgian Street and a stones throw from The Hall for Cornwall. All public transport links are within walking distance - bus station 2 minutes flat walk, 7 minute walk (or short taxi ride if the weather isn't kind) from Truro train station. Bars and restaurants are on the same street as with the Plaza Cinema. Location wise for the theatre and life this really is as close as it gets

Pets allowed through prior arrangement -pet fee applicable as we use separate bedding, provide additional blankets and additional cleaning required.
All dog waste to be picked up and disposed of in outside bins - not inside bins please
Any urinating in the rear courtyard please wash down with the hose or watering can provided.
The property is grade II listed, in a conservation area and historical site. Please be respectful to this old girl, her delicate pipework and remaining features and neighbours.
We do not allow smoking or vaping in the property as with candles - unfortunately being the basement flat we cannot risk a fire to the top two floors.
Should you have a special occasion we are happy to provide flameless candles and accommodate with alternatives where we can
Seagull proof black waste bag is located at the front of the property. Please empty all internal 'general waste' into this bag when leaving
