Spacious and bright double bedroom only 3 mins walk from the Kings Theatre (Portsmouth)

A luxurious double room set in a large victorian house, only 3 minutes walk from the Kings Theatre. This bedroom is well appointed and very spacious. In the bedroom are coffee and tea making facilities if needed.

There is a large shared bathroom next to room (not en- suite), which consists of a bath and separate shower unit. Towels are provided if needed.
There is a large shared kitchen in the basement that features an Aga oven if you wish to cook. There will be a healthy continental breakfast included, so help yourself. There is a lounge and a balcony overlooking a beautiful garden for relaxation.

There is also free parking available on the street directly outside. In the house are two grown-up boys and an elderly border terrier called 'Jimmy.'

You will have a warm welcome in a friendly house.
