What does this mean?

This bedroom is situated on the first floor in a very large Victorian house. It is a bright, quiet room with shutters and black out curtains. There is a smart television with Netflix channels included. The bathroom is located next door and shared with another bedroom on the upper level. There is also another separate WC so that there is never an issue with not being able to access a laboratory. You would have full access to the kitchen, lounge area, a beautiful sun room and garden at all times. There are all types of amenities in the immediate area.

There is parking immediately outside the property for all types of vehicles.

The Greenhouse is centrally located in the close proximity of restaurants, theatres and bars. The main bus route is half minute walk. The Kings Theatre is 4 minutes walk and the Theatre Royal 10 minutes walk. The closest train station is Fratton Station which is 15 minutes walk or 5 mins taxi ride.

The best digs I have stayed in on tour! A beautiful house, a very comfy bed in a spacious room. A shared bathroom with another cast member, but what a beautiful bathroom with a great shower. Melissa is a lovely person who delights in having theatrical folk around but also understands the need for personal space. It is a very easy place to relax with a gorgeous plant filled outdoor and indoor space to make use of as well a large kitchen. She also offers a very generous continental breakfast. đź‘Ś

Melissa's hospitality and house are par excellence. Comfortable room, easy use of a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with super shower.

Beautiful decor and plenty of plants make this a restful place to stay but a 5-7 minute walk to the King's Theatre. Parking available but let Melissa know in advance to sort out permits. Easy parking in front of the house.

A lovely breakfast and coffee/tea of all sorts if you want to chill out in the garden or beautiful garden room.
