Three storey Victorian town house in popular Southville, large bedroom with king bed and lots of storage, with views up to Clifton Suspension Bridge.

Your bedroom, bathroom and sitting room on the first floor (street level). Bedroom at the back of house so no street noise.

Internet and WiFi included. TV and hifi in your sitting room (also shared use of second sitting room in conservatory backing onto the garden).

Tea, coffee and milk provided.

Southville is an inner city neighbourhood mainly built in the 1880s. Gentrified in the 1990s this a prosperous and safe area within the city with a vibrant community atmosphere.

Guest Parking

On street permit/paid parking (some side streets offer free parking) with scooters and electric bikes for hire close by.

If coming by train, 10 minute taxi ride from Bristol Temple Meads (or 33 minute walk) or connecting train to Bedminster station (19 minute walk).

For bus connections (app FirstBus).

For Scooters and electric bikes (app Dott).

The Area and Transport

Tobacco Factory Theatre (5 mins walk), and close to the Bristol Old Vic (25 mins walk), Bristol Beacon (25 mins walk) and Bristol Hippodrome (25 mins walk). A short drive to The Bottle Yard Studios (10 mins drive). 15 mins walk to the floating harbour.
