DESCRIPTION:
Whole apartment consisting of 2 spacious double bedrooms, large living room, modern kitchen and bathroom.

Step outside and smell the sea breeze. Southsea Digs is located on Clarence Parade, by Southsea Common and seafront area.

Bedding and towels provided.
Tea/Coffee/Sugar provided.
Body wash/Shampoo/Conditioner provided.

Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a delicious meal.

Dining facilities and social living space to accommodate up to 4 adults.

A 10-15 min walk to the Kings Theatre. 20 min walk to the Portsmouth Guildhall.

E-scooter, cycle hire and Uber type services means that transport around is cheap and easy.

This is a holiday let/serviced apartment during the summer and available to Theatre Digs at other times.

Arrival is from 3pm and
Checkout is by 10am

On-street parking is available, via permits. These are available for a nominal cost of £2 per day.

Max 28 nights occupancy per booking, but happy to discuss consecutive bookings to accommodate longer stays.

Available to Theatre Professionals only. For Holiday Letting you will find us on all the other major holiday sites.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Payment in full is due 7 days in advance. This can be made via bank transfer or securely online via debit or credit card.

Photo ID, nationality, address and contact details for all guests are required in advance of the stay via an online check-in form.

This apartment is in a residential block and the following House Rules are in place due to the residential nature of the block, insurance and fire regulations:
- Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am, please respect the neighbouring families.
- Parties are not permitted.
- Smoking is not permitted.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Unauthorised overnight guests are not allowed.

Violation of these rules would mean immediate termination of the booking without refund.

Justin was super helpful and communication is brilliant. Was booking as a producer for actors to stay in and had no concerns or worries and no complaints from the two people staying. Couldn't ask for much better.

Gorgeous flat close to the sea and only a 12 minute walk to the theatre. Comfy beds and cute living space; perfect home from home whilst on tour. Sainsburys and Croxton Coffee hatch round the corner. Thank you so much!
